                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN THE 8300,
                   8400 AND 8500 BLOCKS OF APISON PIKE AND THE
                   4300 AND 4400 BLOCKS OF WOODLAND DRIVE
                   SOUTHWEST OF LITTLE DEBBIE PARKWAY TO M-1
                   MANUFACTURING ZONE.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
               
                A tract of land located in the 8300, 8400 and 8500
                blocks of Apison Pike and the 4300 and 4400 blocks
                of Woodland Drive southwest of Little Debbie
                Parkway.  Several tracts of land identified by the
                City of Chattanooga Ordinance Numbers 9335, 10359
                and 10371 and referenced by the attached map.  Tax
                Map 140, Parcels 119, 124, 133, 141, 153, 160.5
                (pt.), 175 and 194.1.
               
               
         to M-1 Manufacturing Zone.
        
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         provided by law.
